At One of One Custom Jewelry we offer free global shipping on all orders.

Due to high demand and the unique, one of a kind nature of your purchase, we create each order from scratch. As such, please expect a 5-10 business day turnaround time from purchase to delivery for all orders shipping within the USA. For all other countries 15-20 business days should be expected for us to carefully craft your custom piece and have it delivered to your mailbox.

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our work and are committed to the satisfaction of our valued customers.

If your purchase arrives damaged or incorrect we ask that you inform our customer service team as per the 14-day return policy window. You will have the option to have the item remade or refunded.
